Eligibility

You may use ConvertixLab only if you can legally enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

A person who has not reached the legal age required to independently accept these Terms must use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Your files and content

You retain any ownership rights you may have in the files you select and the converted results generated from them.

You represent that you own the selected files or possess the necessary rights, licenses, permissions and legal authority to process them.

You must not process files that:

• Infringe copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Contain unlawfully obtained personal information.
• Were stolen, leaked or distributed without permission.
• Contain illegal or prohibited material.
• Violate privacy, publicity or confidentiality obligations.

ConvertixLab does not claim ownership of your files solely because you use the converter.

Permitted use

You may use ConvertixLab for lawful personal, educational, professional or commercial image-conversion purposes.

You may use converted results subject to your existing rights in the original files and the rights of any relevant third party.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use ConvertixLab for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage or disable the website.
• Use automated systems to generate excessive traffic or requests.
• Bypass file limits, security measures or access controls.

Conversion results and image quality

Image conversion may change file size, compression, transparency, metadata, color representation, animation, sharpness or compatibility.

For example, converting a transparent PNG to JPG requires replacing transparent pixels with a solid background because JPG does not support transparency.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying downloaded results before deleting original files, publishing content or using converted images in an important workflow.

ConvertixLab does not guarantee that every file will convert successfully or that output will be identical across every browser and device.

ConvertixLab intellectual property

The ConvertixLab website, brand, interface, design, original text, graphics, software and other platform materials are owned by ConvertixLab or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or create unauthorized derivative works from the ConvertixLab platform or branding.

This section does not transfer ownership of your original images or converted files to ConvertixLab.

Advertising

ConvertixLab may display advertisements to finance the operation and development of its free services.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks. An advertisement does not necessarily represent an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by ConvertixLab.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, privacy policies and claims of advertisers before interacting with an external offer.

ConvertixLab may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, advertising, security or performance services. The website may also contain links to external websites.
